All work is subject to a separately signed written contract containing scope, materials, timeline, and pricing. The website content is informational only and does not constitute a contract.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided before a written contract are estimates based on visible inspection. Final pricing may change if hidden damage (rotted decking, structural issues, etc.) is discovered during tear-off. Any change in scope is documented and agreed to in writing before additional work begins.
Warranties
Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers installation defects. Manufacturer warranties (GAF, Owens Corning) are governed by the manufacturer's own terms and cover material defects. Warranties do not cover damage from acts of God (lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes), negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.
Use of Website
You agree not to:
